Before coming to Cleveland State, Ms. Colombi worked at a social media marketing firm, and previously served as Chief of Staff to the Chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents. Jessica has always taken her responsibility to give back to the community seriously by volunteering with the Arthritis Foundation, the Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland, Pilgrim Congregational Church Food Pantry. She serves on the board of Global Ambassadors Language Academy, a tuition-free, public, K-8 charter school that aligns with The Cleveland Plan, and offers immersion in Mandarin and Spanish. Ms. Colombi is also part of a small team that has developed an Ohio Attorney General certified cultural competence training for law enforcement and has trained over 100 officers from four counties.
Jessica’s charge at Cleveland State is to fundamentally adapt Career Services so that it is more responsive to all its constituents.
