Featured Speaker – Diana Selzer, Commercial Banker
“Finance is more an art form than a science because every deal is different. It’s about how you leverage your knowledge while being creative in your financial solutions that drive client success. Because in the end, you’re only as good as your customer.”
Growing up an athlete, Diana realized she didn’t just like to win – she was driven to win. But winning for Diana wasn’t about fame or glory, it was about being instinctively aware of her performance and intentional in her actions.
As a commercial banker, Diana leverages her competitive spirit to help her clients achieve their strategic goals by delivering distinctive financing solutions. She is focused on helping business owners leverage their cash flow by advising on capital investments that yield results.
Advising across a multitude of mid-size businesses, Diana brings a unique perspective that draws best practices from all industries. She understands that no single approach is right for every business and works with owners to understand their unique needs, short-term goals, growth tactics, succession and long-term plans, to construct strategies that maximize impact.
